Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payments

• All lessons must be booked in advance.

• Full payment must be made prior to the lesson and confirmed by Komal Driving School (KDS). Bookings are only      secured once payment is received.
   

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Failure to provide this notice will result in the full lesson fee being forfeited.

• Exceptions will be made in the case of genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances at KDS's discretion.

• If KDS needs to cancel or reschedule a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund.
   

Lesson Requirements

• Students must hold a valid learner’s permit or driver’s licence and have it with them during the lesson.

• If a student arrives under the influence of drugs or alcohol, the lesson will be cancelled, and the fee forfeited.

• The instructor has the right to end a lesson if they feel it is unsafe to continue (e.g., reckless behaviour, failure to follow instructions). No refund will be provided in such cases.
   

Vehicle & Safety

• Lessons will always be conducted in a KDS vehicle

• The instructor will make every effort to ensure safety, but KDS is not liable for fines, infringements, or any damages caused by the student during the lesson.
   

Refunds

• Refunds are only provided in exceptional cases and are at KDS's discretion.

• No refunds for lessons where the student fails to attend, arrives late beyond a reasonable time, or breaches these terms.
   

Agreement

• By booking a lesson with Komal Driving School, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
